International vs Singapore punting

Wondering how anyone who has done punting in countries outside of Singapore compare their experience to the local scene. For me personally found they independents were the same but for stables there is a noticeable difference in service quality. First one I tried girl didn’t show up for 20 min (still otw to the location) and the other one I didn’t follow the verification process and asked question first cause thought only needed to do it for booking, then got called an idiot(this one more on me but like I’m also less inclined to spend like that). Don’t know if they’re just more on edge cause of the legal issue here or like less worried about standard cause of the current monopoly they got, just find it weird how different the service level is.

Done so many countries... Many different experiences.
North America - US & Canada. Meh. YMMV
Europe - only know East - Poland, Czech Rep, Russia. Fabulous. Amazing.
Middle East - lost of high end options, stayed on a budget, not great.
Australia - depends. Some gems but pricy. Some Asian talent. Some not great. Interesting legal brothel scene with good finds.
South America - absolute unmatched gold mine. Incredible. Literally amazing.
Asia, usual suspects - Thailand/won't teach anything to anyone. Vietnam/once I cracked it I had spectacular experiences. China/hit and miss. Philippines/spectacular experiences, paid or not paid, Cambodia/careful for the girls with a dick if it's not your thing (isn't mine), seems like they don't care! Malaysia/also won't teach anything to anyone, but great spot. India/struggle unless one is rich or better able than me to find options. Sri lanka/good find. Africa/haven't tried but concerned by health matters...
