I think it's very true. PCC every single day will affect your performance & stamina. It will just gets worst by the year. Worst is you will lose motivation to chase a girl & it will eventually affect your relationship with your partner. I'm tryinf to quit porn & am restricting it to just once a month. Honestly coming to sammyboy makes it very difficult & tempts me so much it's hard to control. However i think not being able to perform is a serious enough problem for me to give up some habit. Hmm.

Smoking, drinking, drug abuse and certain medications will affect your manhood. If you use/did none of the above, have a healthy lifestyle and yet still have no sign of morning wood, then you may have an underlying medical condition.

Medical conditions like diabetes will affect your manhood and even cause ED.

For me sometimes I go to my TCM doc to do acupuncture, when I had a severe ED due to porn when I was younger[in 20s], I went to him. It's part of normal variation. Some people take an hour or more to do another shot. Get worse with age of course.

Frequently surfing of porn has been proven to cause ED.
As for masturbation, it hasnt been proven yet because there are conflicting inputs everywhere. Some says it builds up your sexual stamina thus letting you last longer in bed. Whereas others says it "programs" your body to only get aroused via masturbating and/or unable to ejaculate by other means E.g. vaginal or oral.
