My occasional encounters were, initially when the Masseuses were new and greenhorn, they offered me HJ without asking for additional tips. After a few weeks into the job, they became very commercialised and $$$-focused ... and they eventually understood the mechanics of the "extra earning" within a authentic spa setting ...
