Hehe I spent many months in Vung Tau, so sure it wasn't only mongering, it's a scenic place. If I was only mongering, I would still choose Vung Tau. Maybe I don't know enough about HCMC, I just can't seem to find much there. I know it's there, just harder to find.

Bars in Vung Tau remind me of Phnom Penh, good times can be had. Bars in HCMC I'd rather forget, bad experience in most of them.

for me i go cheong with some of the brudders here to discos and ktvs. if got chance will dabao good ones ... after checking the cai out and got feel. that way chances of failure is lower but damage is higher hihi
