Not any Tom, Dick or Harry can book the WLs as the WLs are quite selective on who they accept for booking...... they usually only do bookings for their favourite clients and regulars only..... chemistry between them plays an important part.
As far as I know every WL in PT is open to do booking...... with their favourites
