Yes the money changer (Tropiwang sdn bhd) beside the air-con shop same row as macdonald opposite tea garden is one of the best because there is always many people queuing up to change ringgit there.
Very coincidence, there is also another money changer at jalan permas 10/10 also called gigantic eminence sdn bhd near the 2020 car accessories shop, but don't know whether the rate is it good or not.
