Heading off to taipei later this month. Looking to explore 星光大道, having tried Empire last time. Any bros been to the two places able to compare the two?

I had an awesome time at Empire last year. Started off with a 不回穿 girl, then changed to one of the higher grades, wearing a white gown one in the second hour. The second girl was clearly a higher tier girl, and wasn't willing to strip. But she was really sweet, and she slipped my hands into her bra when she saw my disappointment. Allowed me to tune radio and autoroam till song. Not a bad trade off considering she was really hot.

Just wondering if things are just as fun as ever at empire? And any other guys got experience with the higher grade girls? Do they usually allow hand in bra, or did i just get lucky?
