You mean the actual person or similar? I think those A-B grade actress you need contacts and money but got some places offer C-D grade actress. One of them is Tokyo Hentai Club. If you're in Osaka you can head to Tobita Shinchi. Got one area is all the older ladies.

I wanted to book Shiho but she was busy so I went with Nako instead. I think your JAV actress is still active and sure hard to get even if she meet clients.

You can even negotiate using google translate. They are open to foreigners these days.

But do be careful when going there as there are tons of streamers and people using hidden cams to take vids for youtube.
