The hyping of Thai real estate has been going on since the martial law comes in effect as Singapore real estate is suffering the worst times in recent years.

US Fed QE programme has ended.
Interest rates will rise significantly in 2015.
Those with housing mortgage loans better refinance and lock in at lower rates before the shit hits the fan.
Wall street will start to dump stocks as they know many stocks are overvalue due to the cheap credit.

Those who knows will know.
Those who don't get it will never get it.

Foreigners are not eligible to own all the good Thai asset classes in their own name such as town houses and agriculture land.

Yes some smart alec will say can use company name mah.
Land ownership also have many limitations even with company name.

Personally I go for a safe good ROI yield of 5% and no it's not Thai real estate.

My Bad.... for not emphasizing that the sole reason for my suggested tactic is to keep the negotiating balance in us paying customers' favor AND how to get maximum GFE when with WG's. Certainly, NOT to get freebies or even in order to get unfair "discounts."

In fact, I have always postulated that doing so is akin to just outright stealing as WG's only have their body/time to sell and if we don't pay for it, well.....!

And the fact of the matter is that IMHO, it's actually quite easy to seduce these mostly emotionally bereft ladies of the night. So used are they to sex without emotion that when a guy or another finds their soft spot, they fall hard; I'd think that's also the dynamics with their Pimps, Giks etc.

Lets face it, most WG's are NOT the most intelligent/well educated especially compared to a lot of worldly mongers who has the added benefit of monetary supremacy. Like shooting fish in a barrel.... and with the same lack of ethics.

I always say - yeah, get the MOST for your money/don't be a sucker - but do pay fairly!

I beg to differ on your view on this.

They may not be smart in education, but they're smart enough to make you spend your hard earn money on them.

I'll call it street smart. Street smart are not taught in colleges/universities but you will gain them from "chionging"

In fact in Thailand, 1/3 of the WL has degree from their local university.

Oh sure, Street Smarts! That they for sure got in spades - usually way more than most mongers.

But take them away from their usual haunts and surroundings to bring them into/treat them as is common in "Polite Society" and they're out of their depth totally. And even if a WG is University educated, I'd think that most are from the lower socio-economic strata as to force them to take up work as a sex worker.

You go head to head with most WG's in the rough and tumble paid-for-sex world, they're more than your match; but cajole them to into the world of emotion, romance, true feelings (real or otherwise) and they lap it up like an alcoholic at a Complimentary liquor bar! These girls are usually so emotionally damaged that they're like sitting ducks.

Oh sure, lots of generalizations and presumptions on my part - but if you really think about it, I hope you can see that there may be some truth in what I say; Yes?
