Dear Bros,

I am starting a small business in Bangkok and is urgently looking for an apartment/condo to rent for about 1year. My office would be near the eastern part of bangkok and need at least a 1 bedroom unit with a budget of not more than 10000bht a month.

bro, u can check the studio apartment at Rachadapisak Rd abt 6000 baht per month

Rental from 4000 baht per month onwards

Follow this link below, although it is Nasa Vegas Hotel number but they can redirect to the Apartment reception, both buildings just opp across a road.

It is only 20minutes from the new airport at 7 minutes from Petburi massage scene
Many Ramkamhaeng uni students staying at this apartment

Bro Hight Till Dry, I agree that the hotel really sucks but the apartment is not bad in terms of rental, good a single person staying.

I was there for a nite. Was in hotel all the way. Room wise is nice and conformtable. Not sure about the facilities and freebies though....

By the way, if you are thinking of renting nasa vegas, please remember to ask for the new building because the old building sucks!

If you are talking abt accessiblity, I will recommend Duangporn Mansion located at Ratchada Soi 3 which I had previously stayed before it's the best location with Rama 9 mrt and Fortune Centre within walking distance plus the rent is 4500baht(new building) per month excluding electricity bills. The most important factor is you can surely get lotsa of kangtao staying there as Soi 4 is opposite there are plenty of action available.
