All 2 Stars hotel in HCM are guest friendly automatically no need to ask. You can always do a google search on Guest Friendly Hotels in HCM if you unsure. But best you can email them & ask properly. & do take note their english not so good, don't write until very "Chim" that they don't understand what you said.

Funny how these guys never seem to read ANYTHING prior to writing. The ease with which one can communicate nowadays is great but it so devalues it's worth precisely because it is just too easy to shoot off something. The Internet age!!
