Firstly more cars and motorbikes have hit the roads due to the ease in getting financing. Secondly the government has launched several road improvement projects (building flyovers) along Jl Satrio / Casablanca, Antasari and in the Block M area. The road works and constructions have caused all the jams.
However, travel along the toll roads has improved with the banning of heavy vehicles between 6am - 10pm. So if you are using the toll road, be mindful of the timings and avoid those damn trucks.
The mommy won't tell you there is a 21% tax. When you pay at the counter and the bill suddenly don't seem right, thats when you asked and the cashier will then expalin thats the tax portion. If you don't believe me, try the service and then you will know.
Thanks, I did try and those prices quoted by the mommy does not include tax so it was a close to 1 million for a local FL

Your hotel have a bar, I forget the name, It should have fl girls that hang out there.
But your best bet is to go to Kota.
Massage delta spa, it is quite dear but decent massage.
Pubs you could try Stadium.
for chatting you could try KTV and there a few KTVs in Kota area, depends on your budget.

Just tell the taxi driver "mangga besar delapan travel hotel". Most drivers should know, this is how I convey to them when I want to go there for the past few times. When you reach the hotel. On the first level to the left, there is a entrance to the venue. When you go in, they will give you a number tag to wear. When you enter, thats where you can see many girls seating on 4 sets of couches wearing different colours. Just approach the mamasan if you want the girl to accompany and later for a good time in the room. Cost is 300k for short time.
