the only good thing about Surabaya is the fact that you can get a few chinese indonesian freelancers which can be a little be harder to find in Jakarta.
It will set u back around 150-200 USD tho per pop tho. A bit on the pricier side, but most of them is SYT & Cute.

Many small massage parlours all over Surabaya offer full service for 300k-350k. Dolly was never a good place to visit unless you are super on budget or don't concern about quality.
