minor Problem with Kums and resolved

I am writing this to let all players know that Kums can solve problem. I am sure other agents can solve also, but since this is my personal experience with Kums, i will pen it down.

Last night just minutes before his top up closing time, very late about 1230am, i requested to top up a small amount. He sms me account and I did the transfer.

However my account was not top up even though he sms me done. I believe it was just some errors on the system or calculation causing this. Because I have never encountered crediting errors with Kums.

Sms him many times, and also in the morning. as it is near all players withdrawal timing, i believe he very busy. He asked me to wait and apologised and said he will check and reply me.

By 330pm, he resolved it for me and the correct amount was credited.

Thanks Bro. Kums treats player with respect and if got errors he will certainly check and resolve it.
