Re: Fun in Jakarta - Alexis and Malioboro

Lol! IMO, as with all things, there have to be an optimal level of utility derived for a particular amount of money paid. This level varies from person to person. Beyond that level, diminishing marginal utility starts to set in. It is not the amount of money paid but what value is derived from it (e.g. Paying 130K for a Toyota versus say 200K for a Mercedes in SG, to me, the latter gives more value for money).

But yea, I do encourage trying it at least once for the experience if you are already in Jakarta. As mentioned, perhaps you are able to appreciate something that I cannot.

Oh CP, left my heart there, lol! Hope to return sometime soon, unfortunately, my company doesn't have any operations in DG. Btw, it has been raining heavily in Jakarta and it is flooded now. Probably have to work from the hotel today and perhaps pay my final visit to Alexis later in the evening. I would like to have some Korean tonight!

Re: Jakarta Info

In case anyone who wants to come to JKT for a short trip, be inform that there are some areas that have massive floods and that has caused most part of Jakarta to have massive traffic jam. I am writing this in my apartment now because I am stuck and can't go to the office today because the roads outside is too crazy to drive.

Re: Jakarta Info

I am also stuck in the hotel in Jakarta.

Can anyone advice if it is safe to look for in-call services? The lifts in the 5 star hotels require a key-card to come to the rooms. That'd probably mean they need to request for access from the front desk. Would that be a problem?

Also, anyone can recommend any good/reliable online sites for in-call services in Jakarta. My colleagues and I are split between Shangri-la and Grand Hyatt hotels.

May be stuck over the weekend here.

Thanks in advance!

Re: Jakarta Info

Does anybody know if flooding spread to North Jakarta, Kota area?

I plan to visit Alexis, Hotel Travel, Classic Terminal, Malio, wonder if these places still open during the flooding, or if the roads around these places flooded.

Jakarta Flood Map

Thought this would be useful. It's a flood map which illustrates reported flooded sections in Jakarta, along with traffic congestion:

http://www.google.org/crisisresponse...rta-flood.html

If things don't get better by next week, I may have to change my plans and goto BKK instead. Sighhh.

Exclamation Re: Jakarta's trip

Again I'm repeating this for the sake of safety & to avoid being conned by this con artist@ aakumu/teteku/long dick/adver & God knows what other clone nicks;

I'm so glad you pointed out to me & all forumers that you're were previously on Moderation! Guys you decide whom you wish to believe ??? Con Man with previously negative (xxx) points or Seniors with many years on the forum, well respected & above all +++ points! It shows who you should trust & whom you shouldn't!!! The Mods are doing thier job to protect the forum from such con man & let's keep it safe! I agree that the choice is yours to partake or to avoid but do think twice becoz your action may result in not only lost of hard earned $ from being conned to not only pay above market prices based on past FRs but more importantly would you trust your safety to a proven FAKER/PROVEN MULTIPLE NICKS/PROFILE/THREAT ISSUER TO INNOCENT PARTIES/PROVEN ABUSER OF SAM'S forum??? I definatly WONT!

A word of caution if you noticed by now this is a thread started by aakumu to promote an agent which i believe it's him personally based on the manner of his/agent/clone's posting & several mistakes including postings @ http://samsforum.com/showpos...postcount=1283 whereby he forgotten he's using aakumu nick and made a mistake & posted this & since he's under moderation for his many errors he tried to do some whitewashing by coming back with the following post @ http://samsforum.com/showpos...postcount=1284 . He is a proven FAKER/PROVEN MULTIPLE NICKS/PROFILE/THREAT ISSUER TO INNOCENT PARTIES/PROVEN ABUSER OF SAM'S forum!!!

Be very cautious when reading postings or recommendations from this thread as it could be him/his clones (proven @ http://samsforum.com/showpos...&postcount=341 ) only to promote his fake services & be WARNED guys just imagine if you take his tour & he doesn't like your face = you may end up in BIG TROUBLE instead of being assisted! I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS CON MAN SERVICES! Please read the links to judge what kind of a pretender he is! Please feel free to contact seniors with reputable points for verification instead of those with immense negative points!

The constant postings by me is because he has issued physical threats to the other tour agent even though he wasn't involved in this as a few seniors started questioning him as to why he posted a FR which was copied & edited & posted as his own! Reference of a senior who caught his mistake @ http://samsforum.com/showpos...&postcount=207. Please visit the other Jakarta thread for a non commercial@ http://samsforum.com/showthread.php?t=113 & you may save yourself from being cheated & abused physically by this conman if he doesn't like you! I will continue to protect innocent fellow SBF members from this dangerous person!

bro,
Where are you located?
If you are near the north of the city, you could try to travel hotel, there tons of girls there.
And the traffic is getting better compare to the past few of days.
The flood is been handle by the city clean up governments.

Cheers.

there's no good online site for escort. most of the targeted by the police.
they work by reference only.

for the key access problem, the best solution is too meet the girl at the lobby.

Beside you are located on one of the bad location of the flood, no one can get to you

Avoid Alexis during the flooding season as the area is very prone to flood. Classic and Travels in Mangga Besar is okay. But reaching there is a problem.
