I spent this time in Shihanoukville alone. Mototaxi took me to probably all the famous areas known for having girls. I took my time going from one house to the next. Spent a good 2 hours just to look at girls. 3-6/10. I don't like this standard, I would rather jerk myself than having an ugly girl sleeping next to me. LOL saw around 80-100 girls. Most want $15 ST, $25 LT.
Shihanoukville is not my cup of tea.
Phnom Penh is still on the top list for finding pretty/cutie girls.
